The Year in Review

As the year draws to a close, it’s a good time to reflect back and review how things panned out.

Make sure you celebrate the wins, goals and milestones, and take a moment to think about what you set out to achieve that you didn’t quite accomplish. [If you do the exercise correctly – you’ll also see where you might be able to improve!]
