I’m a Business Coach and Mentor, with accreditation as an Approved Advisor with Australia’s Advisory Board Centre. I am an experienced senior executive, successfully operating in family businesses, local business units, public listed corporations and regional multinationals. With comprehensive C-suite leadership abilities, managing personnel in complex and dynamic environments including in highly regulated Australian organisations and in overseas emerging markets.

As a strategic thinker and experienced practitioner of Strategic Planning and business modelling, I have proven abilities to critically analyse macro problems and develop and lead a vision to deliver solutions for stakeholders. (See Case Studies Here).

With profit-centre and change-management responsibilities, I have proven success in start-ups, mergers, project management, strategic business turnarounds and restructuring. I’ve launched new brands, created and delivered innovative financial marketing schemes, and built highly-driven leadership teams in multiple countries and across varied sectors.  Highly versatile, with a positive get-it-done attitude and exceptional communication and people management skills, I coach you to ask yourself the right questions to reach your Ideal Business goals.


Growing up in Zimbabwe, attended university in South Africa and then completed B.Sc. university studies in Perth at University of Western Australia, I also completed an MBA with a Finance major and hold a Diploma in Project Management.

Having lived and worked in some of the most interesting and challenging economic environments imaginable, including living through Zimbabwe’s war of Independence, economic sanctions, price controls, economic readjustment and subsequent legendary hyperinflation and financial collapse, I am qualified “by experience” as well – and can bring a depth of problem-solving and solution-finding that few other business coaches can offer.

With expatriate contracts in Zambia to open a new registered financial institution, and assisting in managing its subsequent merger, and leading business turnarounds in another business in Zambia and then Tanzania, I have unique emerging-market experience, including managing businesses in challenging environments of currency fluctuation and capital controls, and within extended periods of rapidly shifting social norms and regulatory upheaval.

In between, I also worked for lengthy periods in Perth in the finance sector and in the construction sector, managing businesses to deliver rapid growth in mature and highly competitive first-world markets.

Most recently, establishing private web-based and consulting businesses as an Advisor and Coach to assist others to navigate their success in their own businesses and get your business ready for sale. Like I said before: Your business should always be ready for sale – that is when it’s most valuable for you to keep.
